Start of summer when its not to hot

Being from San Diego I would go with either the End of June or the last 2 weeks of Sept. and between 11:30 - 4:00. It is no fun perspiring in a suit or wedding dress when you will already be a little nervous. Relax and have a glorius day!

October. It isnt too cold and its not to hot. Little rain and lots of sun. Right now is a little too hot and Decamber is too cold.
