First check your dogs for fleas or flea dirt(poop). It's little black pieces of dirt looking stuff, put some on a piece of white paper or a white tissue. Put a drop of water on it, if it turns red, then it's flea dirt and they probably have fleas. Like mentioned, fleas generally start out on the legs and feet. Otherwise, like mentioned above, I'd call a dr. you're probably having a reaction to something, or like someone said possibly the chicken pox. Benadryl works good, and calamine lotion or some kind of anti itch cream until you can get a hold of the dr. If you don't have any anti itch lotion, try taking a bath with some baking soda in the water. If you have any wheezing or trouble breathing, call 911-that's nothing to mess around with. Also, stay away from the flea collars for the animals. They don't work, and some will actually burn the dogs neck and make the fur fall out. Happened to one of my mom's dogs. If you do have a flea problem, best thing to use is either Advantage or Frontline. Vets sell them(expensive), or you can buy it online at drs. foster and smith-they're the cheapest I've found.

Talk to your vet about a product for your kittens...they are too young for most flea/tick products but the vet might have something. It sounds like your house is probably infested (ankles and feet means they may be in the carpet). You will need to take all your animals out of the house and treat the entire place with a flea product. You need to follow the directions very carefully to be sure the house is not toxic to you or your pets after. Please talk to the vet about all of this.

There is no cure except to get the fleas off your kittens. For your bites and itching, I suggest Calomine lotion, vinegar, rubbing alcohol, or a very strong salt solution. Be very careful when you treat your kittens for fleas. Do your research or take them to a vet.

you can't really "CURE" flea and tick bites, you can treat them with an anti-itch cream. But go get some flea meds for the kittens..Advantage works well and fast.

First, get rid of the fleas on the cats and in the house. Then, get some Avon Skin-so-soft and mix it 1part skin-so-soft with 3 parts water and rub it on your skin. Also bathe the cats with it. It will suffocate the fleas due to it's oily base and will not hurt the cats.

Treat your kittens- they can get quite ill from too many fleas and ticks.

Cure?
There really isn't one.
What you need to do is just not scratch and wait out untill they are fully gone.
What you could do is maybe use some Hydrocortisone; an anti-itch cream.
It's used for allergic rashes, ecsema, INSECT BITES, psoriasis, and other things. It /will/ stop the itching.
