You don't need baby oil to get a sunburn -- just go out in the sun without any protection for a few hours.

Of course, you'll end up increasing your risk for skin cancer, not to mention the fact repeated sunburns will make your skin age faster (beautiful wrinkles! gorgeous sun spots!). Why on earth do you want a sunburn?

I don't get it. Sunburn is bad. Sunburn is your cells killing themselves by apoptosis because the UV has damaged their DNA and turned them into potentially cancerous cells. Ever wonder why the dead skin flakes off after you get sunburnt?

You want to prevent sunburn, my friend. Wear sunscreen.

Why would you want to do that? Try any kind of oil; vegetable, olive, sunflower, just not crude or engine.
