I got twins, boy and girl but only 1 year and 7 months. I think they will stop bathing together when will not be to much space in the bath....lol...But after 4 or 5 years they are to curious so they must bathing separate.

Some poeple say 3 some say 5 it all depends on the developmental stage of your children, It should start as soon as you see that one or both has curiousity of the body parts, which sorry happens at different ages in children becuase they all developmentally different then any other. I also believe the younger the better so you dont run into any problems. In some states they have a law at wich age a broher and sister cant share a room which in california I think is 5... Check your state laws and look at your childrens developmental stage.
