I hope that most Born Agains do not think that!!

Some do because they believe "once saved always saved". But this is not Biblical, for the Bible says that - if a just man stops doing what is right, but sins, in the judgment his good works will be forgotten and he will be counted as a sinner.

When a person is first saved, all their past sins are forgiven, at that time they are Innocent in God's eyes. After that, when we sin, we need to ask God's forgiveness for that also.

This does not mean that if we sin right before we die, and do not have the time to ask for forgiveness, that we go to Hell. God is reasonable. It matters that we are working with Him to come out from our sins, and not just staying the way we were.

Being born again is the beginning of a beautiful transformation. The Holy Spirit then brings us to sanctification. If this does not happen over time, then fruit has not been born. We are known by our fruit. Any branch that does not bear fruit will be cut off.

Not all people who say "Lord, Lord" will be accepted by God. And not all so-called Christians are Christians at all.

Look for the real ones, not the fake ones.

We believe that our actions matter; every sin is an additional strain on the relationship between man and God. We just believe that sins can be and are forgiven, and that salvation is an irrevocable gift.

Best wishes and God bless.

they who ever you are talking about or wrong if you commit a sin even when you are saved and don't asked forgiveness and you should die you will have to account for it, and if they are knowingly doing these things on purpose, that's a sin too, and it does effect them, and a lot more than they think because they are now a stumbling block for you and anyone else that has seen this from them

Actually, Christians who are born again still sin and have to ask for forgiveness everyday. Being born again means you have accepted Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour. Not that you have reached perfection.

I dont think that b/c I am saved that I can do ANYTHING I want to. People that can continue to sin and never feel the need to get right with God probably are not born again.

Because once saved, always saved. They can just fall back on the old "we still sin but continue to strive for perfection but God accepts us anyway" crap.

My motto is to be good every day REGARDLESS of religion. I try to make good choices because I'm a human being on this planet and I don't get a second chance. I don't make good choices because I'm threatened by eternal damnation nor promised eternal paradise... I make good choices because I have to live this life with my fellow humans and we all have to get along.

it,s not that their actions don't matter. if your born again christian and truly want to live by the bible, then you will do what the bible ask,s of you. for us who live for today it,s hard to understand because we are living in sin. when you receive the holy spirit which can be received by water baptism then and only then will your eyes be open to what is to come. and then you will see that a true christian does not live for what this world offers. he/ she live for whats in store for them in the next life. God,s kingdom. God Bless..
