He will nead medical attention - there is no way to avoid it at this point. In the mean time, keep him in a dark area and don't allow him out in the sunlight (if possible)

take your dog to the vet.he may have an infection in the scratched eye fist of all.the other eye may just be a show of discomfort,your dog may have no independant eye movement and that is causeing his other eye to roll as a sign of discomfort with the other eye.

Go to the vet - if it damaged the eye - may need medications to prevent infection/ulcer - or if punctured eye - must be seen to prevent vision loss!

I don't have a dog...but I would call a vet and tell them. It doesn't hurt to ask.
