If my brother is going out with a girl (they went out two times), is she breaks up with him, could I still go out with her or would that be wrong? (we all ae really close in age)

I say you would be better off not to go out with her. There are plenty of women out there. No sense in causing problems. Plus, he might still have feelings for her. There is somewhat of an unwritten code that guys do not date their friend's ex girlfriends, at least not until a fair amount of time has passed.

Maxims first law of friends: Never go out with a friends girl/etc, EVEN if he is done with her. Unless you are trying to piss off you bro, the rule would apply doubly to family.
Maybe, if this is Love at first sight, and you think this is the one and sole mate you will spend the rest of your life with, I'd back off and look elsewhere. Especially if you are a teenager, you have all your life to find someone. You don't need to risk your whole family on one now.
On another angle. Is it possibly you like this girl more because your brother does. Like, you usually compete with your brother? Or, you have respect for your brother, so therefore if he picked this girl subconsciously you value her more as confirmed quality. Either of those, added means it isn't even her that you are pursuing.

No, you go find your own girl. Don't ever date Friends or Brother's girls. It never ends up good!

As long as he is over her and he doesn't care it shouldn't be a big deal. But if they just broke up you might start having some family issues. Just think about it or maybe talk to your brother about it and see how he feels.
