I love him dearly but every time I say I'm going shopping he insists on coming with me. Can anyone help on how I should help him if he is?

Maybe he likes watching you try on new clothes. I LOVE shopping with my wife. It's a chance to see her in new and different outfits, to spend some with her while she's doing something fun, and to do a nice thing for her.
One of the other things *I* like about shopping with her, though, is ogling all the other women trying on clothes. Just KNOWING that I'm near a lot of women getting undressed is enough to put me in a low-level state of arousal for several hours, and that's ALWAYS good.
If this is why your boyfriend likes to go shopping with you, it's pretty clear he's NOT gay.
Tip: if he mentions a favorite shop and wants to take you there, check and see whether the dressing room doors or curtains close all the way. There's no thrill quite the same as finding out what color a total stranger's underpants are...

He not gay he just loves spending time with the girl he is in Love with cause I do the same thing for my wife and I live spending time with her all the changes that I can get cause I never know how long I will be around to enjoy these things..

He's either extremely insecure and needy or just really loves you. Neither of which indicate homosexuality! Is he rude about coming with you? Does he get jealous when you're out with other friends? Watch out, he could be controlling and eventually abusive. But right now he just sounds needy.

he may be but i think that maybe he wants to get to know you more. like when its your birthday or something he wants to see what you like. but idont know him so i guess its hard to tell.
