any tips, beside surgery, to get rid of a doubble chin.

You cannot "spot reduce". So you need to lose weight. That will reduce the double chin.

However it also depends on your age. As you age, and the skin begins to sag, you may just wind up with a double chin that no amount of exercise will fix.

If your fat, then diet down.If your skinny you can't do anything. I am really skinny and have a doubble chin. Barely visible. I don't even know if it is. Good luck anyways!
