You must ask yourself, on what level is this relation ship?
What I mean by that is that first of all you have a responsibility to yourself and if the two of you truly feel that there is something real between you that could grow into something real and feel that there is nothing else that matters then you need to follow your happiness and go on with the relationship even if it ultimately it hurts the feelings of your cousin. The point is to follow through and not stay in a midpoint forever which can only end badly for every one.
On the other hand if you know that this is only a passing thing and that he or you have no interest in a future together then it is obviously that this is something that must end as soon as possible to avoid doing any further damage.
So ultimately the choice is and has always been yours but you must choose wisely and make a commitment to one decision and you must make a decision soon. If you flip flop on decisions then you are setting yourself up for a disaster.
Either way I wish you good luck.

You need to tell your cousin as humble as you know how. Ask her to forgive you. You can continue to be friends with him, but just be a distant friend. Something like that could spoil the friendship that you have with him as well as with your cousin. After all that is accomplished, you need to pray to God and repent your wrong doing. The best thing to do is to pray.

Unless you are willing to cause strife within your entire family, I would just chalk everything up to an experience you should not have done and move on. Tell him that you two should not get involved any further (even if you two think that you are "feeling" each other ) and move on.
DO NOT tell your cousin that you two slept with each other and he should not tell her either. It may cause more trouble than it is worth, especially if he really wants to stay with your cousin.

HOLD UP!! YOUR COUSIN MAN, THAT'S A NO RIGHT THERE. YES HE MAY BE YOUR FRIEND, BUT YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT YOUR COUSIN'S FEELING. BUT, THEN AGAIN, WE ARE PEOPLE AND WE ARE NOT PERFECT. SO IF YOU PLAN ON DOING IT AGAIN, LET YOUR COUSIN KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. BUT IF YOU FIND IT HARD TO GO TO YOUR COUSIN AND TELL THEM THE NEWS. THEN THAT MEANS THAT YOU HAVE ANSWERED YOUR OWN QUESTION AND THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THE SITUATION.

It is not what should you do, because you already did it. I suggest look for your own man instead of stealing someone elses. Do not depend on other people to make your dates, find your own. And gees!!... in a car? He must really care about you.. and if the car is yours, that makes it even worse.. :)
