Do not wash them until you use them. Put them in a brown paper bag (because they "breathe," air-tight containers will make them wilt and shrivel quicly) and put them in the fridge. Try to use them as soon as possible.

Not really to much,but when you get ready to use them.Take a damp cloth and wipe them down for excess dirt that has been missed.
