I don't know if I can get a tape of combined exercises but I would like to work out a few times a week watching a dvd of pilates and yoga. I am a beginner but would still like a good workout when I get used to it. any one have any dvd suggestions?

I really like Yoga Zone's dvd's. They have tons of options, but if you want a work-out as well, check out their 'Power Yoga for Strength and Endurance'. All the poses are explained in detail, so you can practice them safely in your home. The flowing movements of this one really increase your heart rate, so it's a work out!

For days when you want something a little less intense, I really like "Flexibility and Stress Release".

They have tons of others, too, so you can pick which ones speak to you. Good luck, enjoy, and Namaste! :)

I really rate the Yoga for Surfers DVDs - it's Yoga only, no pilates. The workout is fantastic, and the setting (Hawaii) is fabulous. Definitely fine for non-surfers too!
