well you should of gave us her age..
but if shes young then celebrate it at chucky cheese or even the park is a great place for the young kids to have fun and enjoy the great outdoors. if you want to spend some money it would be nice like a family fun center place, like where they have arcades and miniature golf and so on.. great big rooms you can rent and then after the party everyone can half fun and enjoy the rest of the night partyin and plyain games and such..
and even your home is a good place. family gathering rent a jumper and just make it fun as possbile if you think hard enough u would be amazed of what your mind can do and think of

How is anyone suppose to help you if you don't tell us a city you live in. Are there any parks you can go to? Any amusement parks? Do you live near a Chuck E Cheese's?

It depends on how old she is...but kids love the Chucky Cheese pizza place for birthday parties...if you have one in your area. You need to tell us how old she is.
