French is more romantic... more fluid. Used more places. German is very hard on the tongue.
I have used my Spanish the most.

Simple answer: French.
Long answer: It depends on what you intend to do with it. There are a lot of words from both languages in English. I started studying French when I was 15, and it helped me tremendously when I took my SATs and later when I wanted to go to grad school, I was able to get a really good score on my MAT. Any language is good for your vocabulary and your comprehension of your own language, but as I'm living in France now, I have to say that I'm really glad I studied French. Also, while English is the language of commerce around the world, French is still seen as one of the languages of diplomacy.

The language that is more worth learning is definitely French which originated in France. Plus, I know words like "Bonjour" and "Flambouillant". Plus, I also know phrases like "Merci beaucoup", "Bon soir", "Commet-allez vous?", and even "Au contrare, mon ami". I would rather suggest that French is the only language in the world which is more worth learning compared to Spanish, German, Latin, and Italian!

Props to Eduarodi, but in the spirit of your question, French. Learning French will help you out more when you need to understand OTHER languages, like spanish, italian, portuguese . . .

All languages are equally worth learning. Now, which language is more useful? That depends on what you want it for. That's entirely up to you.
