You need to eat a really balanced diet. For example, cereal or toast in the morning, a light salad in the middle of the day (with meat if you want) and then something like a fish meal in the evening. The trick is also not to snack, as the body will respond by adding weight. It will get used to constant eating and then you will always be hungry, causing you to eat more! Just remember that drink is as important as food and the same applies - keep it varied, although be sure to drink water throughout training! Hope that helps!

Protien. Chicken, tuna and stuff. Try to eat some protien within an hour of finishing your workout.

Alternatively you can buy protien drink powder.

Also, make sure you get plenty of sleep too. 8 hours a night if possible.

Training, sleep, protien - you need all 3.
