No, because a "Bounty Hunter" only goes after criminals that have a reward out for their arrest. Bail Bondsman will hire bounty hunters if the bondsman doesn't do the hunting himself. But when you are a bounty hunter you don't choose one specific crime and only go after people that committed that crime.

Bounty hunters ( bail enforcement) only go after people who have been arrested, got bail, and then did not show up for court.

They have no choice as to what type of person they go after.
They will work for the bondsmen ( or have several bondsmen they will work for) A bail enforcement agent does not go after criminals that have not violated thier bonds.

Next they only get a small percent of the value of the bond, and do not get paid if they don't find the person. ( normally)
So they normally can't afford to be picky who they look for

Local Police Departments are now starting to get into the act of perusing internet sites, so they can start "sting" operations and inform other Police Departments who is doing what, and who is supposed to meet whom where...

I love it, when those news programs show the nutcases getting busted!! Good for them!
