Is it better to stay away from Agencies and do your own Bounty Hunter stuff? Do they show new recruits the ropes? Do Agency’s make you kill people, what if you only want capture “Alive” jobs?

Ok, again you are watching way to much tv

you are not allowed to kill anyone as a bounty hunter ( unless you are going to Iraq and Iran looking for a few of those people)

But you can only use force if you have to, normally you will not be carrying any guns, only mase and/or tazers. Some use a shotgun that shoots a net. You can only use deadly force to protect yourself from them trying to kill you. And you may well be arrested and have to show it was self defense if you do kill someone.

Next you just can't go out and hunt someone, you have to have a licence in most states, and often have a bond or insurance posted with the state. Next you will have to have a person who skipped bond to hunt, so some bails bondmen will have to give you permission to work on thier behalf to find this person.
Wtihout thier written persmission to hunt this perosn you can not do it legaly. (or get paid, since it will be the bailsbondmen that actually pays you.
