As a movie is on a DVD so is every thing to God. You can fast forward it or stop it, time has no bearing to the DVD. The movie is all on there but will play as fast or slow as you want it too. If you have seen it before you know what is going to happen before you play it. God is not just exactly like that but it gives you the idea of what time is to God.

Ok... The whole idea about god and time is that god dosent have time. To god hes just looking at a story with the beginning and the end right there at this moment god is with you yet hes also in the future and at the very start of creation. Alpha and Omega meens hes at the begining and the end at the same moment. Time is unique to this universe.

Everything that can be said about God has to be purely symbolic and even answering the symbolism as if it were real misses the whole point that we can NOT understand or describe god/reality using our dualistic minds and words. It's only when those who have an experience that transcends their individuality and dualism falls away do the concepts of time, god, existence, life and death have real meaning.

Time is not an object even with us. It's jsut the description. SO who ever says GOD is outside of time they conceder time is being object.
Before our time no matter how long was no time there still was measurement of the distance of time.
What ppl can't understand they credit to GOD. Time is how we explain things. There was time ebfore GOD, there will be time after GOD. Some1 will use different word but meaning is still the same.
GOD is soo funny this days its not even funny anymore.

Time is a physical thing. For instance what is a year for us could be decades if we were living on Jupiter. A year is how long it takes us to go around the sun. See it's all physical.

Now imagine God was the Sun. What would be a year to the Sun itself? It doesn't go around itself does it?

The truth is (in my opinion) time does not exsist to God, because God is not a physical being.

Time, as we think of it, did not exist before God created it.
You are asking created beings to try to explain their Creator. You're gonna get some very freaky answers, but, at the end of the day, it is not possible for us to explain God.

A day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as a day with God. I heaven there is no time, only on earth. Its another dimension and there is no confines like time.

All that we mortals know as time and space, and every thing tied to them, is From God. He put them in place. God is not bound by time and space. If you figgure out how he did it then you will be the first. it is not for us to know how He did it. Time and space are for this physical universe. How God exists in His business.

God transcends time--for God everything that occurs, is occuring, and will occur he sees all at the same time.

While we live on Earth and experience time, he exists outside of time in eternity, which is timelessness
