I assume you mean cooked spaghetti. It will dry out if not well covered. It will eventually grow bacteria and/or mold, just like any other food item. But it would be safer longer than some other things.

Yeah it's happened to some one I know we had Spaghetti for Dinner and I went to bed and cam back to my friend's house again 2 weeks later and it was gross.....It can happen with Chicken Noodle soup too...

Yes, they will dry out and/or become moldy and have a high bacteria count. If you eat them once they have turned you will probably not die but I would clear the next 24 to 48 hours on your schedule because you will be spending most of it on the thrown.

Yes, but not after a day. The bacteria will start to grow, but if you want to eat it, microwave the noodles and then rinse under cold water.
