I think Matt's answer was horribly rude! I wish every American stayed on top of world events like you. No, it's not the end of the world until antichrist makes an appearance but the Great Tribulation may be close at hand. The last war will involve China and Russia marching against Israel and we're not there yet.

Things have always been violent and unsettled...it's just more technological these days. So not only do we hear about things more, but the weaponry is bigger and badder. There are a lot of maniacs in charge of countries out there, but I'm not worried that this all means the end of the world or anything. These are tumultuous times, but I think the world will pull together and work through it (and I'm usually a pessimist, too).

ever since 2 ended. decline back to dark ages,
probably not, end of the world probably not yet, although
we do have the capability to destroy life on earth as it
is known now.

Since wwII, there has been Viet Nam, the Korean War...many conflicts. Now, we just see them more clearly. Not a decline at all. North Korea is a joke, a real joke.

I believe so, it sad but so true. We are going into the dark ages again. Generations after generations, I thought one would learn that world wars do not bring anything good, only destruction.
