Yes you may be able to see a change for the better on your reports within 3 months. I'm speaking from my own experience and from seeing others comments on the credit forum that I frequent.
How much of a change depends on alot of things, how many negatives, how they are listed, who owns them etc.
Giving tips on here would take to much time and space. I would suggest going to the site that I've listed and start by reading in the newbie forum and then in the credit forum.
It is a free do it yourself credit repair forum. Never pay a website for information that you can get for free.

If you have a credit card, you will have it for years. So a company wants to know if you can pay your bills over many years. For quick repair, disputing bad items is the best way, but the only way to long term improvement is to show the world that if you borrowed money on a card, or a loan, you can pay it back.
And to get a good credit score, you have to show that you can keep that up without a problem for at least 5-7 years. That shows the world that you are very trustworthy.

Having a poor credit history can close many doors in terms of getting the best deals on credit cards, mortgages and loans. If you’ve been rejected for any form of credit, alarm bells should be ringing, and you need to stop and analyse the situation before applying again with a different lender. A good place to start is by checking your credit history using one or more of the three main agencies. If you do check your credit history and find that it’s not great you may feel deflated but it’s not the end of the world. There may be errors you could get corrected and you can still attempt to rebuild your credit history, however bad it is currently. Yes, you can impove your credit score within 3 months. To improve your credit score,
--cancel unused credit cards
--sign up to the electoral roll
--take proper action on any mistakes
Some lenders offer credit cards especially suited to those with poor credit histories, and used correctly, they could help you to rebuild your credit score. The best way to improve your credit rating is to prove you can borrow responsibly.

Nothing, only time will give you a good report...3 months isn't enough. Just pay your bills and debts in time.
