The initial Roman destrution of Jerusalem in 70AD and what followed for 150yrs created the first Palestina refugees, the Jews.Even Medina, which was originally named Yathrib was mostly populated by hard working Jews and Judaized Arabs. At the dawn of Islam the Jews dominated the economic life of the Hijaz. Mohammed attacked the jews there and when they surrendered he beheaded them all. Thus began the pattern for Islam just as Hitler hated the Jews for their prosperity. Islam appears to be the new fascizm.

You need to take it back further than that.
Cain "left the presence of the Lord" Gen. 4:16,17; developing a civilzation honoring himself and his own family.
The Godly line of Seth brought Noah, the Patriarchs, King David, and eventually Christ. (Seth being Adam & Eve's third son, mentioned in Genesis 4:25)
Study the Patriarchs and you'll see that God showed them favor above those that they lived among, where ever they lived, even among the Philistines of Gerar (Gaza).
Palestina was a name give to the land by the Romans to dishonor the Jews who lived there ( Literally, Land of the Philistines.)
Modern day Palestinians are of Arab/Persian descent. While they might trace their heritage back to Noah, like Cain, they sought to worship gods other that Jehovah.
(Jehovah is not Allah, as some purport.)
Even more direct is the jealousy of the Ishmaelites towards the family line of Isaac. (Back to the Patriarchs again, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.) A study of the descendants of Tereh (Abraham's father) is a wonderful expose'.
From a bloodline, no, the Jews are not Palestinians.
But the Jews did inhabit the land of Israel prior to the arrival of what we now refer to as Palestinian people.

I love your distorted view of history. You know what a real historian calls it? Crap.

Please explain to me, why Jews have been able to live in the Arab world for 1500 years after the rise of Islam, if Islam is like Hilter, who would have rounded them up and wiped them out long ago.

Do you know who the jews really are? (I call them Jews to you, because they are known as Jews. I don't call them Jews myself. I refer to them as so-called Jews, because I know what they are.) The eastern European Jews, who form 92 per cent of the world's population of those people who call themselves Jews, were originally Khazars. They were a warlike tribe who lived deep in the heart of Asia. And they were so warlike that even the Asiatics drove them out of Asia into eastern Europe. They set up a large Khazar kingdom of 800,000 square miles. At the time, Russia did not exist, nor did many other European countries. The Khazar kingdom was the biggest country in all Europe -- so big and so powerful that when the other monarchs wanted to go to war, the Khazars would lend them 40,000 soldiers. That's how big and powerful they were.

They were phallic worshippers, which is filthy and I do not want to go into the details of that now.
These are the people who became what we call Jews.. There wasn't one of them who had an ancestor who ever put a toe in the Holy Land
But that was their religion, as it was also the religion of many other pagans and barbarians elsewhere in the world. The Khazar king became so disgusted with the degeneracy of his kingdom that he decided to adopt a so-called monotheistic faith -- either Christianity, Islam, or what is known today as Judaism, which is really Talmudism. By spinning a top, and calling out “eeny, meeny, miney, moe,” he picked out so-called Judaism. And that became the state religion. He sent down to the Talmudic schools of Pumbedita and Sura and brought up thousands of rabbis, and opened up synagogues and schools, and his people became what we call Jews..
