According to Romanist belief, Mary's body was miraculously taken up to Heaven; but several different churches in Europe did claim to have the body of Mary's mother, even though we know nothing about her and she was not even credited with the name "St. Ann" until a few centuries ago!

Even more laughable is the story about Mary's house. Roman Catholics believe that the house in which Mary lived at Nazareth is now in the little town of Loreto, Italy, having been transported there by angels! The Catholic Encyclopaedia says:

That's interesting because when I was in Turkey there was a house that they claimed to be Mary's house too! I find it easy to find things to laugh at the Catholics.

All religions fade into history in their turn, but not because they sound stupid -- they get replaced by something equally stupid or even more stupid.

The late Pope John Paul II canonized more saints than all the previous popes combined. More rank superstition for the Catholic faithful to waste their time on. It's sad.

Not just real difficult for them to do.

1 Girl a few questions back, stated: She was a catholic and a Christian. duh.

wow wee. a 2 in 1.

by the admission of her own confession, she acknowledges, a catholic can or can not be a Christian. She claimed to be both.

And what belief system do you follow exactly? Protestant? I'm sure your beliefs seem stupid to others as well. I'm sure I could find many fallacies in your doctrine of belief. Calling other religions stupid is just intolerant and small minded and says more about you than the people you are talking about.

All popular religion is just part of the "The Great Dream"... professing but never to be "known". Want to work up a sweat? Read the book on the link I posted.

the only thing i have against Catholics is the fact that there have been so many priests accused of raping young boys repeatedly as if its right in the eyes of God... and the parents who knowingly send their boys to be and altar boy knowing that the chances of them being molested is 98%.... where does it stop.. these poor children!!!
