Dear God,...This is my first letter to you so please be patient with me. I was the first to cast a stone and I'm sure It won't be the last. I am sorry for everything, and I can't promise I won't do it again. I have spoken to you, but I cannot hear you. I have tried to feel you, but I cannot see you. You sense my pain and you cannot heal me. I need you to forgive me but I fear your wrath! Dear God, What should I do?

You have spoken to me, but didn't pay attention when I sent you that signal. You have tried to feel me, but since you rely on sight you are not ready to experience me. I know your pain and my angels are trying to heal you, but you are blocking your healing by doubt. I have already forgiven you, I was there inside you the whole time and know the circumstances under which you cast that stone. Do not fear the wrath of an angry god. There is no such. I will always be patient with you, for inside your body there is a part of me that seeks to be whole and divine again. I will only choose not to forgive you of trespasses when you cannot forgive those who would trespass upon you. But I will be patient. As I hope you will. As for what you should do, I will quit channelling...
Find your path. Listen with your heart. Make that cynical voice in your head unwelcome. Love, and be loved. Goddess will see to it that your healing will come-at exactly the most unpredicted moment of all, the most appropriate moment... because church is all around you, be mindful as you would be in church. And notice the beauty. This world is full of beauty, it is heart-rending to think about all the people making war and killing in the name of god.
Signed, a pagan who wishes for the enlightenment of the human race. Who knows that God,dess works through me, with me, and inside me. I hope you find what you seek. Blessed Be.

You know - you just need to adopt an idea of god that you can live with. For pity's sake. How do people get mixed up in these mean religions?

"Take a deep breath my boy and try to relax. I never put you people here so that you could tie yourselves up in knots trying to please me. You have come here because You wanted to come. I said no, please let it be a little vacation place, but you all said, nooo, we want knowledge. So that is what you have - lessons with every trip.

I was nervous to have you so far away so I insisted that we have a way to communicate - we agreed on prayer and the brain. What you think, I will send - that is all I could get you to agree too! You thought it would be more fun if you could forget that you are all powerful, like everyone else in the family - but then you spend all your time trying to remember! It's infuriating!

I send prophet after prophet trying to give you stories to quell this collossal waste of time, but you persist - and now you all want to argue about which of these versions of the same darn story is more true! If this is how you are going to act everytime you leave home, you just won't leave home any more! I have other things to do - stick with the plan or come home. You think it, I will have it sent and that is that. When you are done playing with your freinds we can talk about it if you want, but right now, I AM BUSY!"

God sent you;-
His Book so that by reading it you may know Him and learn the way of obeying Him.

Did you ever try to find out what is written in it?

God sent His Prophet to you to teach you the method of becoming Muslim'.

Did you ever try to find out what His.prophet has taught?

God showed you the way to attain honour and dignity in this world and the Hereafter.

Do you follow that way?

God very explicitly informed you as to what are those works which debase man in this world and the Hereafter.

Do you avoid such works?

Say what answer have you to these questions?
If you admit that you neither obtained knowledge from God's Book and His Prophet's life nor followed the way shown by Him, then how did you become Muslim to merit His reward?

The reward you are getting is proportionate to the degree of your being Muslim and you will get a like reward in the Hereafter too!

What should you do?

You're already doing it! You’re

1. Praying SINCERELY. “God” recognizes and responds to sincerity.
2. You’re being honest.
3. You’re accepting your weaknesses. (“I can’t promise I won’t do it again.”) When I was struggling with addiction I heard the following lyrics “Get up again, over and over.” I decided that was what I would do forever if need be. I decided to get up again, and again, and again as many times as I fell down. I think that works a lot better than “Never again is what you swore the time before.” I also think that honestly looking at behavior, carefully, curiously observing it does more to change it than promising to change it. It sounds like you don’t want to do “it” again but that you probably will. When you do “it” observe it, study it as if you life depended on learning as much about it as you possibly can.

What should you do? You should
4. Accept God’s forgiveness. S/he forgave you long ago. Not accepting her forgiveness is arrogant and ungrateful.
5. Forgive yourself. Continuing not to forgive yourself benefits no one.
6. Deal with the consequences of your actions – fix what you’ve broken as best you can.
7. Don’t expect the people you’ve hurt to forgive you. They may not –ever. And even if they forgive you they may never trust you again. If what you did hurt them badly, they need to protect themselves from being hurt by you again. You should encourage them to do this.

Good Luck.

Just keep believing! You do not always have to hear something and feel something to know that God is near. Faith is believing in spite of doubt. One thing is for sure, much of the great accomplishments throughout history have come through men and women of great faith. That is an irrefutable fact. Mankind was designed to operate in faith, and there is no harm in it.
Persistance is important. Don't listen to the people on here who are pesamistic and hateful, they are headed nowhere. Your desire for something greater than yourself is commendable. Keep pressing on in prayer and you will get your answer, I promise! God sais he is the rewarder of those who DILIGENTLY seek him.

Wow. Scrolling through the answers you've gotten already is an education in itself. Interesting to see how people react to prayer. Frightens some, angers some, puzzles some...

Lord, it is my prayer that You touch this one with your Spirit that this child of Yours might know, at least for a moment, that You are there and You do listen.

First of all, God didn't even hear that prayer, my friend. You need to learn how to pray.

You did not end that in Jesus' name.

The only way to the Father, is through The Son.

You did not go through The Son.

If your not a Christian, you can pray until the cows come home, they are not heard. You can not go through Jesus Christ to be heard, because you are not a part of Christ.

Bummer.
