That is a question I put to a member of their management. I was told it was not actually a Muslim day just a day that a Muslim group had booked. I asked why then did other people have to abide by their religious traditions. No answer. It seems it is racial if you speak out of turn or disagree with ethnic religions yet our own are trodden on by this government. I don't mind what religion anyone is. However what would happen if I stood in a street in a Muslim country singing the praises of Jesus. So keep religion for yourself don't impose it on other people and please remember we are a Christian country whatever the PC brigade and the Labour government say.

Yes, we should definately have an English day, perhaps we could remember the thousands and thousands of soldiers who died after two world wars to try and protect our country, and indeed still are! So we should be protecting what they have fought and died for don't you think?
The problem is, who owns Alton Towers now? and does that have any bearing on recent events?
We should not be afraid to voice our opinion, otherwise in a few years time we will have lost the right to speak at all, we will be in the minority.

I'm not a christian (I'm a non-believer and proud) but I would like to put it forward to the bosses of Alton Towers that my local church and all its followers could book a day there? Oh the outcry! Could you imagine! They shouldn't be allowed to do that whatever religion you practise. Why does it always have to be about bloody religion?! Sorry but it's the route of all evil I say. Causes too many arguments and wars.

The point is that Christian/British (although many Muslims are British,) are already represented and prominent thus negating the need for a special day (effectively every day is Christian British day.) A special day for minority groups highlights that groups culture to everyone else and allows us to celebrate the diversity our society enjoys.

Don't even get me started on this one! It's for the same reasons that you never hear of racist crimes against whites, police forces all over the country are trying to employ ethnic minorities, MI5 have an afro on their current recruitment posters, we arn't allowed to ask for a black coffee, call a golly wog a golly wog, or a black board a black board and we have to let all the dirty scum bags take over and destroy our country while we sit back and hide our St Georges flags in case we get arrested for racism. It's because the sick left wingers want to convince us we should welcome and accept them all because we are all the same apart from colour. Rubbish - we are thousands of years more evolved than these people, so maybe they should just make a special theme park for them with ropes and trees, and let us civilised folk enjoy our country again!

The reasons for this is so that minority groups can have a day without feeling persecuted by others, that's why there are gay clubs, deaf clubs, Jewish gatherings and alike. If people were more tolerant of others they don't feel 'fits into the norm' maybe they wouldn't want a day out that segregates them from everyone else.

have you been under a rock for the last few years? we are no longer allowed to celebrate our own culture, christian religion, or fly our own flag in our own country, because it is considered offensive to all the other cultures, religions and flags that have taken over our country.
Thank the politically correct brigade that are running the councils up and down the country for the situation we are in.

On muslim day they operate all the rides at half-speed, in case any of their clothes get caught and in case any of their children were to have too much fun (parent's request). They stop altogether at midday with all the rides facing the same way.
