put into a saucepan: 1 stick of unsalted butter (or one half cup, same thing), 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and one half cup of light corn syrup. Bring to a boil, then serve when cool enough. I dip apple slices in it.

This has got to be the easiest caramel sauce around....with only three ingredients, and five minutes to make, could it get any easier?...and it taste great with bread pudding, over icecream and with desserts...I always make this for a quick and easy caramel sauce recipe.

1/2 cup butter (no substitutions)
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup whipping cream

In a small saucepan, melt butter.
Add the brown sugar; whisk until combined and thickened (about 2 minutes).
Whisk in the whipping cream, until thoroughly blended (2 more minutes).
