Tee-hee, well I think it some kind of an international uniform for chefs around the world...Also, more chefs actually wear white because if some food drops on it then you could see anything on white...

cause some accidental spots cannot be seen on it?
when they work sontimes accidents happen, and the jacket you can change easily, but trousers.....
