I hear most long distance relationships don't last. For most it is hard to stay faithful to someone who isn't there. Usually one or both sides find another person after a while. In most cases there is a loss of interest especially, if one or both has met someone else.
How to make one last? Keep contact as much as possible. Try to send pics, video e-mails, or some way to see each other, often. Heard of the phrase: "out of sight; out of mind?" Send small momentos and short letters to each other.

I was in one..and the guy and I are still dating and just moved a lot closer to me. We were 6 hours a part and it was very hard. But we talked on the phone even if it was just a quick how is your day going. always make the time you have together special. he is only about 45 minutes away..still a bit far. However if you love each other..it will last. as someone said above..the guy might cheat..but if he loves you, he will not. good luck. :]

If it's long distance for more than six months, it'll be over. Sorry that's the way. Things will start to slide, and eyes will start to wander. Slowly everthing falls apart.

well it seems to me that you and I are in the same boat.Cause i'm in along distance relationship too.I only get to talk to him
very frienday and sometimes on every other saturday.cause he lives with his grandma.But when i do talk to him I let him know how much i miss him and how much he's important to me.thats how we keep out relationship going. good luck and i hope this helps you out some.

you can talk with your mic through the computer, and do camera too...or call eachother long distance too.....write letters, send eachother gifts......or meet in the middle distance wise and see eachother. GOOD LUCK!

you can't. if you move to him or if he moves to you.one of you will be giving up your life for the other. if he doesn't ,that means that he is safe to see other girls.your not there what would you know.and you probably already wonder what he is doing.you need to find someone closer to you. someone who can hug you when you need one someone who will wipe your tears when you cry.someone who will look you in the eye when you talk to them.good luck.hope this helps.
