It must be apple-cider vinegar!
Preferably Heinz brand because it's made from the juice of the whole apple, (including the skins).
A tablespoon in an 8 oz. glass of water at least three times a day, plus you can make a salad dressing out of it like - oil & vinegar, (olive oil is best). If you're working out, keep a bottle of water with the apple-cider vinegar in it for sipping.
My boss, (several years ago), lost over 100 pounds in about 6 months just from following the above prescription. He also rode his bicycle to and from work every day, which was 12 miles each way!

I've not heard about apple cider aiding a person losing weight, but I do know that apple vinegar is the type you're supposed to take daily to improve digestion and overall health.

Yes since the others refine out the good ingredients. Actually it must be raw app. cid. vin. See this site on the difference raw makes in foods. That alone does not cause you to lose that much.
It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic). You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

that person who said whe "up your protiens" and then said shes a nutritionist is a bold faced liar. no nutritionist would ever tell someone something like that considering you have absolutuly no idea what she is currently eating, what if she was on the idiotic atkins diet? a nutritionist has a college degree, and wouldnt give such specific advise w/o knowing what your diet/excersise is like because he/she would be liable if anything were to happen to you. stay away from fad diets, the only good advise someone can give you is to see a professional for advise on diet and goto the local library or the governments website for tips on eating healthy, a good rule of thumb is everything in moderation. oh and PUT THE VINEGAR DOWN, it wont help and might mess up your liver/kidneys in the long run.
