blisters are caused by shoes that are too tight or are rubbing against your feet in a repetitive way, causing abrasion. the first thing you should do is buy the right kind of shoes, maybe you should wear sandals instead. you should buy shoes that have lots of room in the toe and a good fit in the heel. also check your socks (some ppl say that cotton socks cause blistering and recommend acrylic socks, maybe try special blister-preventing socks made of CoolMax or polypropylene), or change your socks more often if they get damp from perspiration. blisters really are caused by sweat, because sweat softens the skin and makes them prone to blistering. you may want to lubricate your feet with vaseline or other special blister-preventative products. One guy said to put your foot in a bag of cornstarch before putting on your shoes, because cornstarch keeps your feet dry. Keep a blister kit on hand in case you do get a blister, you can treat it right away so it doesn't get infected. I like Dr. Scholl's products, like blister pads, Molefoam and Moleskin. You can actually put Moleskin on the spot that you think is going to blister before it blisters to prevent abrasion there. But nothing is going to help like a good pair of shoes, I'm wondering why you can't wear trainers even you have a skirt or dress? Why should you care what ppl think about what you are wearing, if it's comfortable for you? perhaps you can find some trainers that are more "fashionable", have you tried "Easy Spirit" brand? good luck, and hope your feet feel better soon.

You probably have soft skin and need to toughen it up the answer as to urinating on them the person must have heard the old army trick
better is to soak in surgical spirit for about 30 minutes a day we did this in the army toughened the feet up nicely & no smell

try treating your feet with any of the treatments for athletes foot as well you may have this
ensure your shoes fit properly as well

Have you tried sandals? My mother can't wear closed-toe shoes comfortably.

You might also see a dermatologist about those blisters.

Your shoes have to be too tight. If not then put band-aids on the spots that get blisters. Good luck.

you might be allergic to leather or the dye they use..I know someone who is..maybe you have a foot fungus or too much sweat..think about where you have been in the past 6 months barefoot?? Could be cleaner you use in shower/tub...think about what you come in contact with, with your feet if that is the only place it happens

urinate on them. It sounds horrible but it will heal the blisters and harden the skin so that it will stop happening
