My little grand daughter was born with no wall between the chambers of her heart, and doctors told my daughter that they didn't expect her to live.
Last weekend, we celebrated her seventh birthday at the lake, where she played happily with her friends, swam, ate birthday cake, opened presents, and fought with her little sister, who is four.
Does prayer work?? Yes, I believe it does.
Little Charlotte and her family will be in my prayers.

Edit: Did I mention that she is also a great student? A B honor role!!

Praying works, but not like you think.

Praying gives you focus and sometimes God will give you advice. To prove that praying works is easy.

The next time you do a deep cleaning of your house take some time to pray first. You will notice you get done faster and it is easier. Even science has proven this.

As for the baby, praying helps there also. Actually the faith in prayer helps. It causes you not to do something recklous.

My cousin had a baby almost a year ago. The baby was premature and all of the high priced doctors said there was no hope for the baby. The baby could not digest hardly anything and there was nothing they could do. They wanted to use the baby for science. They would erase the cost and give big money. My cousin refused this and had hope. Many people prayed for the baby, but my cousin is an Athiest.

About 6 months ago the babies health turned around without real explanation. After 6 months of no hope there was finally hope in site. The baby is still in the hospital today, however it is doing well on it's way to recovery.

There can be a lot of power in prayer and if it is God's will that the baby Charlotte lives...she will.

Humans tend to think that God will do all things we ask or demand Him to do for us. This isn't the case. His will and our will are not the same. His timing and our timing are not the same. His wants and desires for us are not the same as ours.

God will do whatever He chooses to with little Charlotte. It may be a miracle and she lives or there may be sorrow. Everyone on this earth is not conceived "just because" or "by accident". Everyone was born with a purpose in life. The exact purpose we are not meant to know. We just have to believe that whatever the purpose our lives have for us, some how or some way it is pleasing to God.

I will pray for baby Charlotte and for you as well. God Bless You now and forever!

If you Pray for something and you flip a coin and ask for the same thing, you will end up with the same result.

So, praying and flipping a coin are both 50/50 propositions which in statistics means, they are both pure chance.

Einstein, one of the smartest men ever to live, tried for 30 years to disprove this and could not. Basically, Einstein proved there is no God.

I just stated what I believe. This does not mean I'm a heartless A$$hole. I feel for Charlotte and her family. I hope that medical science can help her, if not, I hope she does not suffer.

Oh believe me if anyone can tell you about prayer it is me. I myself had pneumonia when I was 3 my temperature went to 104 the doctor told my parents they could take me to the hospital. but there was little if no hope. My Grandparents started praying, I was in a comma for 2 weeks and could not move the right side of my body.As you can see I made it. I was told that I could never have children, but I told God If He would give me just one baby I would dedicate it to Him. He did. She was told because she was so tiny she could not have children. Today at this moment my husband and I are waiting on a phone call to go to the hospital to welcome our first Grand baby. I have so many of these stories I could write a book. So Yes prayer works and believe me God is working a miracle in baby Charlotte's life right now. Just wait and see, it is going to glorious

Don't listen to people who would take away all hope. God IS soverign, and He will heal whom He pleases. He is all-knowing, and has time and attention enough for all of His children. Pray, and encourage others to join in. But know that God has a plan for each of us, and what we want isn't always what is best for us. I always pray that His Perfect Will be done.

I also like to recount the time our church had a fiesta on a rainy weekend. We prayed for its success, but it rained anyway... everywhere EXCEPT the church grounds. My car was dry until I hit the driveway apron. It was like someone turning on a spigot!

Yes yes yes yes yes yes I can't say it enough yes......BUT you have to understand that if God has other plains for the child or even for the parents to not have that child at this moment or even they might need to go through a heartache in order to better them selves for some reason... It is not God I will do this if you do that it doesn't work like that EVERYTHING is in Gods plain for us and on Gods terms Good Luck And God Bless........Keep the Faith...And Keep Praying at anytime of the day Just say Hi even let him know he is on your mind...

God has a purpose for everyones life, even for baby Charlotte. It may not be easy, it may be sad, and hard. And the outcome may be joyful or bring sorrow. But remember, there is a purpose, even if you dont know it yet.

Baby Charlotte will be in my prayers, and I hope for her, and her parents, it is to the best possible outcome.

Do you think you know more than God?

Do you think that your idea of how things should be are better than God's?

Praying will only help you. God knows best whether the poor baby should live or die.
