You can eat all the meat you want. Drink diet soda. Bread? Everybody knows you can't eat bread on a low carb diet, don't they? Well, guess what. There are now many low carb breads in the supermarkets. Look for Oroweat 'Carb Counting' bread. Only 6 grams of carbs per slice. Or Oroweat Whole Wheat 'Light' bread. Only 5.5 grams per slice. There are also low carb tortillas, ranging from 3 grams up to 10 grams per tortilla. Regular bread usually has about 19 grams or more per slice.

You don't need to be on a diet, eat smaller portions and try walking for 30-60 minutes a day or even jogging for 2-3 miles each day. If you stay active, you will be able to lose the weight.

What has always worked for me is watching what I eat but not in terms of volume or calorie or fat intake.... I eat everything in moderation, eat 5 small meals a day and never eat carbs and proteins together in big quantities. Carbs should be eaten with roughage (Salad or veg) and proteins should be eaten with roughage (Salad or veg) but only in small amounts together, It is very hard for the body to assimilate carbs and proteins together at the same time. Eat your breads and grains but always with an oil like butter or olive oil, it makes it easier for the lower intestines to process... Only certain fruits should be eaten together and fruit should never be eaten late in the evening or with any other kind of food. Do this, and walk or swim for a few hours three times a week and you can maintain and or lose weight...
