After reading this definition:

Parasite, organism that lives in or on a second organism, called a host, usually causing it some harm. A parasite is generally smaller than the host and of a different species. Parasites are dependent on the host for some or all of their nourishment. For example, a tapeworm, a flattened worm that lives in the gastrointestinal tract of mammals, lacks an intestine of its own and must absorb predigested food from the intestine of its host.

My interpretation is:

Church = parasite
churchmember = host

So, it appears parasites are temples of God, rather than creatures of him.

You cannot judge anything in Nature from a religious standpoint without going in circles and running into logic problems. This is a matter for science. Parasites play a very important role in the environment by helping remove sick and injured animals from the environment, thereby strengthening the genetic pool of their hosts. I'm not saying there is no God or anything like that. I'm simply providing you with the most common sense approach to answering questions about the roles of living organisms in their environment.

Occasionally I like to help the religionists out so I will this time too. In my interpretation of their Babble after having read it and after listening to their reasoning and justifying, I have come to the conclusion that God created viruses and parasites but before the fall of man they were supposed to be mutualists or commenalist symbionts as opposed to amenalist symbionts. I don't know how that would work with a virus like HIV where HIV changes the DNA of the host's T-cells and uses it to create more HIV virus cells. Perhaps it would only destroy some of the immune cells, or perhaps humans wouldn't need immune cells.

I'm reaching, but I know that they are not willing to give real answers.

I don't know whether parasites are in legion with satan but I think after the Fall of Adam and Eve because of their sin, nature turned against man hence the animal attacks, viruses, diseases, etc..... But either way if you are right with God that is what matters. God Bless.

All species evolved due to stresses within their environment. Parasites evolved to what they are today, just as we have. God has evolved out of the human consciousness to fill a void or to be there to comfort people in need. Humans are not God's creation, and neither are parasites. God is man's creation.

to be a creature of God, you have to follow him.

while i believe that God created the parasites, i have to also question if the "god of this earth", satan has or had the ablility to create as well.

regardless if they are in league with satan, and even if they harm us, the end result is still going to be Christ's triumph over satan.

Rev. 5:13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.

Parasites serve their own purpose; it is up to us to figure out how to utilize their abilities to our fulfill our needs. Satan is notoriously picky.
