am i going to make a cpl in cadets and when?

iv been there for a year i do good work iv past first class

I take it you are in the ATC some squadrons will not promote first class cadets to Corporal. you would need to be a leading or even senior.
Take part in as many of your squadrons activities as possible & try to take the initiative when nobody else steps up.
once you get promoted you will find it easier to progress.
Speak to your C.O and ask what you could do to increase your chances of promotion.
