Every city in every state has community mental health facilities. They are free or low-cost (go by income). If you can not locate yours, call or visit the emergency room - they will fix your immediate problem, and set you up in a clinic. Do it for your kids, but most of all do it for yourself.

You do need to see someone, try calling Provident Counseling (800) 782-1008 - a counselling centre in the St. Louis area, the number is toll-free and they offer some help free and can advise you. I hope this helps and you feel better soon. Also try keeping a journal, you can draw in it, rant in it or whatever, sometimes is helps to get your thoughts clear. You might also like to take this online screening test, which may help clarify your situation https://www.mentalhealthscreening.org/screening/welcome.asp But definately ring Provident. Good Luck

oh dear
sounds like you have panic attacks too
as you were writing
well you have to start by telling your family
going alone at this wont work
reach out to family
and with all the minds put together
there will be a solution
asking on here may not be a good choice
search online for support groups with your past in mind
talking with others who have had similar situations will help ease the pain of feeling alone..
