I don't know about SSI-but the others yes. Income not citizenship is required.
For the children's sake-schools-food stamps(which includes all members of family) health-housing ect.

Just call and ask. They will tell you to come in-and if you don't speak the language you can get help--even free legal Aid to help with forms

I worked for health benefits-what I couldn't help with-I had a list of what else they could apply for that they could meet the requirements for. Also had list of local charities they could ask. Big list. If you go to State benefits on the Web (government help) you can find a form to tell you what you could be eligible for. Try it.

Yeah. Let's say you have a break in, lose your wallet, buy something with your credit card, or some of your mail never makes it to your box. What happens is they steal your stuff. Then they use that info to put in a change of address and get copies sent to their house. Then they have a copy of all your stuff and are using your name and numbers. Some just commit credit fraud and steal your money and run up your credit card. But the illegals usually continue to live life under your name indefinitely. I believe there are so many foreigners employed that they either help the illegals or look the other way when they notice discrepancies. Even if you complain, they might not do anything. My sister has a "double" in L.A., CA The powers that be have all the info they need to put a stop to this and arrest the other woman, but don't do it. So that's how it happens. Do a web search on identity theft. American criminals do it too. And I also think they can get stuff in their own names if they get a sympathetic person behind the counter.
One of the things that has happened to me is they alter my name in, for example, my medical records, but use the same number. That could be an honest mistake or the altered name, which is foreign, could be used by an illegal using my numbers. Another thing that happened is when I move out and have my utilities shut off, a con will move in, call and claim to be me, give them whatever info they got from my old/their new mailbox, and say they decided not to move and have the utilities turned back on in my name. They run up the bill in my name. An illegal could do that too. By moving into a place you moved out of, and the post office and utility companies, etc don't forward your mail properly, they could end up with all the copies of your documents they need to start over as a copy of you.
How could 80% of the people in the clinic I go to be foreign and NONE of them be illegal?

Yes to the Food Stamps, Health Care and education (K-12). As far as the rest I do not think so, either way all of these services are paid for by working citizens.

In a word, mostly. Free health care because public hospitals cannot legally deny health care to any one. Illegally, but only because there isn't much enforcement, in the other areas. What the heck - they've already violated our Rule of Law by entering illegally - what makes anyone think they're going to act legally when they get in?

You MUST have a legitimate Social Security number to have earned income, which means you pay taxes through your employer and file each year. So yes you could.
This is the problem right now. Illegal immigrants are using phony social security numbers to obtain everything in your question.
Costing the USA taxpayers millions of dollars.

Yes, any Illegal immigrants whose child is an American citizen (anchor baby to many) can receive medical, general assistance and food stamp benefits through the federal and state government. They can not receive benefits themselves, but their children can based on their income.

It truly amazes me how all the anti-illegals on the post know all the rules of social services. As a real "tax payer," I could not even venture a guess.
