Okay, well I am 21 so thats an adult right? Okay, so here's what you do. Go to the frozen food section and buy a bag of frozen chicken breasts ( fresh is allright, but takes longer to cook, and go bad faster) a bag or can of corn or any veggie you like and if you have time, potatoes to make fresh mashed potatoes, or instant, whatever works, and also a bottle of your favorite Barbecue sauce. And some bread from the bakery, dont forget the gravy for the potatoes.

Put the chicken in a saute pan, over medium heat with a little water. Cook till almost done, add barbecue sauce, and cook till barbecue sauce becomes nice and thick. Make potatoes, and heat up corn. If really short on time, even a store bought potatoe salad and frozen corn on the cob work also, a very easy, delicious dinner.

Green Bean Casserole

2 large cans French cut green beans
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (I use Healthy Request, but regular will do)
1 large can French fried onions
4 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese (reduced fat works well, if you like it)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain the green beans, and put in 13 x 9 inch glass pan. Stir in the soup and cheese. Carefully fold in 1/4 of the the onions. Bake 30 minutes. Stir. Top with the rest of the onions. Bake an additional 5 minutes, or until onions are browned.

Bruschetta...
Very healthy, very delicious!
Take a few Roma tomatoes, gut them, leaving only the tomato and dice. Throw in some fresh chopped basil (use your discretion, can't use to much), some garlic roughly chopped & some extra-virgin olive oil and maybe some balsamic vinegar if you would like. Season the mix and that's that!
You can add this to toasted rolls or bread if you like.
Enjoy!

Quesadilas...
Also easy and delicious!
Take soft tortilla shells and lay them on a flat top griddle/grill. Add your ingredients...
Can be anything like cheese, green onions, chives.
Add pre-cooked chicken, beef and/or pork.
Top with cheese sauce, sour cream and/or cream cheese.
Enjoy!

You can make your own pancakes for this easy recipe too. Also use any fruit combination that you like. Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 5 minutes Ingredients: * 12 frozen pancakes or freshly made pancakes * 2 bananas, sliced * 8 oz. container strawberry yogurt * 8 oz. container raspberry yogurt * 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained * 1/2 cup blueberries * 1/2 cup raspberries * 1/2 cup granola Preparation: Heat pancakes as directed on package, or make your own pancakes. Meanwhile, prepare fruit. To serve, place 2 pancakes on each serving plate. Top with banana pieces, some strawberry and raspberry yogurt, pineapple, blueberries, and raspberries. Sprinkle with granola and serve immediately. 6 servings miro choco bars Ingredients: * 1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips, divided * 1 (10-ounce) package large marshmallows * 1/4 cup butter * 5 cups cocoa flavored crisp rice cereal * 1 cup mini marshmallows * 1 cup milk chocolate chips * 1/3 cup peanut butter Preparation: Grease a 13" x 9" pan with butter and set aside. In large microwave-safe bowl, place 1/2 cup of the semisweet chocolate chips. Microwave on 50% power for 1 minute. Remove bowl from microwave and add large marshmallows and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then remove and stir. Continue microwaving for 1 minute intervals, stirring between each interval, until the mixture is melted and smooth. Stir in the rice cereal until well blended. Then stir in the mini marshmallows and milk chocolate chips just until blended. Using greased fingers, spread and press into prepared pan. In small microwave-safe bowl, combine remaining 1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips with the peanut butter. Microwave on 50% power for 1 minute; remove and stir until smooth, microwaving for 30 second intervals if necessary. Pour melted chocolate over cereal mixture and spread to cover. Let stand until cool, then cut into bars. Makes 48 bars
