i am 21 weeks preg and have had the same thing i went to the ER and they checked to make sure everything was ok he told me that you might feel cramping because the baby is growing and pushing on different things inside of you he told me that it was ok to take Tylenol and use a hot water bottle to ease the cramps also it could mean that you might have an UTI and might want to get checked out but as long as your not spotting i wouldn't get too stressed congrats and good luck!

It could be the tightening of your uterus as the baby moves around and grows. If it becomes more persistant, or if they get worse, I would talk to your doctor about it. It is pretty normal unless the cramps get really bad. Is this your first pregnancy? If so, your uterus is very tight and you will have cramping as it continues to grow and adjusts to your changing body, hormones and the growth of the baby.

You have to take into consideration how much your body is going through. All th emuscles and tendons inside your uterus and stomach are beign stretched and moved and it can be painful! Alot of the discomfort during pregnancy seems similar to period cramps...

when you are pregnant you're body is changing. Whether you see weight gain or not - your body is getting ready for birth. Your hip bones will normally start spreading and the sac the baby is living in (baby house for now) is also expanding. It is normal. You can call it "growing pains" because in a way, that is what it is.

I got this with both my babies. Firstly, don't worry about it. I was told these pains were my muscles all stretching and moving out of the way as the baby grew. Secondly, please don't take any information you receive on here as a be-all-and-end-all - if you have major concerns, see a health professional ASAP. Good luck with everything - all the best.

As long as they aren't sharp pains, you're okay. I got them all the time. My doctor said it was because the uterus was stretching.
