Medical will count his income. if its low you might still be eligible to keep you medical and have a partial payment or none at all congratulations !!!!

Im not sure what Medical is I am on medicaid so Im guessing its the same thing. If it is you need to call the case manager, or the people that you set up the medical with and ask them what is the income for two people if you and your partner still are under that you will still be fine and there will be on problem when you get married, just make sure you call and let then know becasue if you dont they may take you off and you cant get it back for 3-6 months. Anyway a friend of mine did what you are doing now and for her she still quailfied so you may to just find out before jumping into it. Make sure you get the hospital bills paid for my them if possible.

Wait until after you have the baby to get married or yes, you will lose your benefits and so will the baby. You will have to report it, unless you lie, but since marriage goes into public records and if they decided to do an audit on you, they can find out. It also depends on how much your (would be) husband makes. The baby will also be covered for one year under Medi-cal, but if you get married, you will lose all benefits unless your husband doesn't make very much money. My advice, wait until after the baby is born, then apply for Healthy Families for the baby.

It depends on your combined income. You'll have to let MediCal know you're getting married and once you are have to go through the process of identifying assets/income again. If his are low enough it shouldn't affect you too much. The only thing directly affected by being married is TANF.

It is all based on income and family size. I suggest to research means of insurance as it might be hard to get a company to pick up while your pregnant. I suggest waiting til the baby is born. You can still put him on the bc later once your married. Congrat and best wishes to you both :)

it depends. on his income. you guys may make "too much money" according to the state laws. but it wont hurt to ask. whatever you do dont lie to them cuz they will find out and when they do they can take action against you and its not worth it to have the state on you like that. see if he has benefits at his job that you guys can sign up for. if not check with your local doctor because there are low cost health insurances available for your family.

This should be based upon your income. If adding his income puts you over their limit, then yes you may loose it. Talk to your caseworker before you decide anything.
