Teens feel like they should have a chance to live their life. They want to be able to make their own choices, even if it leads to mistakes. A parent should give their child a opportunity to live life, but at the same time make sure to guide them in the right direction

You remember being that age and you thought you knew it all. Be patient and really try to see things from there point of view. Kids are going to do what they want anyway, you can be apart of it and know whats going on or be against it and be in the dark. You decide.

I think when they turn 15 they have instant ear plugs that pop out and stay there when they are around us parents and sink back in their heads when they are away from us :) They know everything, done everything and parents knoow nothing :) Yep you have a normal child :)

If you had teached them young they would already know better .Some parents wait and then its to late you already made them who they are.Learn for your other children not to make the same mistake.I wish my mom would of teached me I was a bad child because of no disiplen

At that age I thought that I knew everything, but I soon found that was stinken thinkin, but I was also going through a rebellious period in my life,( me James Dean)!!! Thank God I eventually grew out of that with out killing myself or others....Just a phase in life we all go through, but its also very stressing on our parents, just you wait, your turn will come...Good Luck...

I had that problem with my kids, until I showed them all the bills!
They listened when I said: You see all these bills! If you keep disobeying, I will stop paying them! And you will have to get a job to help me pay them!
*Water bill
*Telephone bill
*Rent
*Cable
*Internet
*Electric bill
*Pharmacy bill
*Sears
*Home Depot
*Food (less, uuh, that hurt!)
*Zero Disney
*And many more!
It worked!
