this noise sounds like a seashell noise and its so loud i have to turn the tv up louder to hear it and my wife says its way to loud.its not wax or bloodpressure althou i have taken bloodpressure meds for 20 years.Im in my 40s.thanks

Could be the start of hearing loss. Better have the tests done.

I would be inclined to ask to go to an ENT doctor to have your hearing checked.
Also, I would have tests run to make sure that the medications you are on are not causing Tinnitus, or constant ringing in your ears as you are describing. You are young, and you need to find the cause of the noise... or perception that there is a noise.

that sounds like an inner ear problem and if that is the case it needs a second opinion, i did find somethin called
Menieres' Disease and you get it between 40-50 years old, symptoms are vertigo, tinnitus, and some hearin loss, but im really not sure if that is it, im kind of on the fence with that one, i think second opinion would be the best
