Change the food prices. It's always the junk foods that are cheap, so that's what many people end up buying to save a buck. It's cheaper to buy an entire box of snack cakes than a single organic carrot. The prices of healthy food should be dropped to make it affordable for regular people. Until then, people will keep pumping their offsping full of carbohydrate-laden, sugar-sprinkled crap, and those children will eventually teach their own children to eat the same unhealthy garbage.

Exercise is the answer. Frankly, talk show hosts like Opera will not help end obesity. People need to eat less and walk the extra mile.

Get off the computer, get rid of the phone, get rid of the tv, then you'll have other things to do. I was young, I rode a bicycle all day, and cut grass with a push lawn mower.

Continue making fat people feel hideous and inadequate, and ration food so that people only get just enough, and only healthy food. Also, stop making food taste good, so no one is tempted to overindulge. To help out, you can go tell your mom, dad, nana, sister, aunt, or uncle that you don't love them because they're obsese.
