What does it mean when a bloke is always telling you he wants to marry you and have your baby jokingly? I mean it seems like he's joking about it, but he's said so many times that now I'm beginning to think he actually means it.

It most likely means he is very into you BUT he is unsure of your true feelings so he says it in a joking way to see what kind of reaction he gets out of you. Then again, those "Y" chromosome people can be hard to judge ... SOOOOOO
If he says it again, call him on his bluff and say "OK, when shall we get married and how many babies do you want?"
If after you say this he looks as though he is going to be sick, then you know he is joking ... if he answers the questions, then he is very into you!!!

Well as long as he doesn't mean "he" wants to get pregnant, then I think he really does mean that he wants to marry you and have a baby. There is a lot of truth in what we joke about....

Maybe he's trying to send the message in a "safe" way, trying to see how you'll react. If you like him back, next time he says something like that reply seriously and see what he does.
