No, you need more than just fruits and vegetables. You need protein, and if you don't want to eat meat, then eat beans to get your protein. You would need to take supplements for the stuff you're missing out on. I would not recommend doing this, there are other ways to eat healthy. Just stay away from junk food and fried, fatty foods and you will be fine. You don't have to eliminate food just to be healthy. Eat lean meat with the fat cut off and don't use butter when you cook...that's a much better alternative.

Add some white meat like chicken, turkey and tuna...your body needs this high quality protein..also eat a few eggs and drink some milk (or soy milk).

Protein is vitally need to help your body rebuild it self and maintain muscle, and add some carbs for energy.

Take a vitamin/mineral supplement, make sure your diet has some fiber and roughage to help out with good elimination.

You really should consult a dietician. I don't know that completely eliminating anything is good for you, except maybe hot fudge sundaes! You can eat everything if you eat sensible portions. Don't like to see you eat just fruits and vegetables. Lots of sugar there.

Not healthy. Your body needs protien, some fat and a mess of other vitimans and minerals to function properly. People who are vegetarian eat foods other than what you plan to eat so they can get what your body needs. You have to have a good understanding of nutrition to remain healthy.

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. And so as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.

One other way to get lots of protein, is by mixing beans and rice together with you meal. If you wanted to add fish in there it wouldn't be so bad, just don't eat fried fish and stuff.
