I'm 30, have a postgrad (though that's isn't a guarentee of intelligence and certainly not common sense! I know some dumb people with doctorates)

Intelligence/wit is extremely attractive in a woman, and I find that 25 or there about the age I'm attracted to, though if I met someone younger with awareness and presence and subtlety that would be extremely attractive

Insurance companies are the masters of determining maturity levels. Auto insurers drop the premium on woman who are 25 years or older. This is because lenghty and extensive studies do show that women on average mature at the age of 25 years old. Males get a decent insurance rate at the age of 28.

Bored yet? I was just linking the age and "intelligence" factors by money and reason.

Where to find women who are mature, common sense, intelligent, and dare I request 'witty'? We're everywhere .

Anyways, just be nice, and don't set off on an agenda. See with the maturity, we can spot guys with agenda's and that is a turn-off because we feel objectified rather than an opportunity to find a friend and romance. It's probably time that guys learn the lines, "I really like you just as a friend" ... .

Just be yourself!!!

as big a part as you want them to. honestly, if she is 18 and matches every quality you are looking for, then it is up to you and her if you want to pursue something. the world be damned for what they think about mixing of ages. the only thing you MUST keep in mind is the law's requirements for minors in your country. i know many couples separated by 10-15 years that are happily married for over 25 years now.
