Even though it is a church activity, you seem like you find it fun. Therefore, I would say that it is appropriate that you do not go, because you are grounded. Tough, kid. Learn to be a better person and don't do things you shouldn't, and you wouldn't find yourself in these situations.

Tell them how much you will be missing out and that you really want to go. Afterall it's church camp, so it's not like your asking to go to a concert or something.

I mean its church why would they not let you go you guys are not doing anything wrong thats good you wanna do something like that

if youre that interested in church, the better thing to do would be submit to your parents decision. not the most fun thing, but it would make a real statement about your maturity too. :)

tell them you know what you did was wrong and you feel the church camp would let you see your mistake

Tell them it can only help you become a better person. There keeping you from getting closer to God which is what you need, to make better choices and to get far in life
