again we talk longer and i've explained to him that it seems that he being untruthful and all he says is that not the case. should i stop talking to him?

Yep. Your heart is already telling you this or you wouldn't have posted.
A guy that is into you isn't going to be brief, he's going to love having a chat with you and would want it to go on forever. He'd open his soul and feelings to you. You certainly would not suspect he's lying.
The dude probably has other girls, but even if he doesn't, it sounds like you are being strung along.
One test...don't call him anymore. See if he even bothers to take the effort to call you. I'm betting he won't.
Anytime you are making all the effort in a relationship, it means you do not really have a relationship. True relationships are a two-way street.

It sounds like he's seeing someone and afraid to tell you.
