Your kitty loves you and is stretching and showing her belly to tell you she trusts you. She is being very polite and letting you sleep until you get ready to wake up. Most cats wake up around 4-5:30 AM with the first birds chirping, and will sometimes start the campaigning process - hoping for an early breakfast. Male cats are especially adept at this cat alarm clock business and will make circles around your body walking on your body, your pillow and your head, kissing you on the face, whiskers in your nose. If she starts to do that, it's time to put her out of the room until you're ready to get up.
Pat her gently on her belly, her head, paws and ears and show her you love her.

S/he is bored and is dying for your attention. Cats are nocturnal creatures, so they're awake at night and that's why they sleep and take so many "cat-naps" during the day. S/he's been up all night, probably playing alone and even though you're there, you're asleep, so when you wake up s/he wants your love and attention.

When I get up early enough, my cat wil lay down on my feet or close to me (in my sight anyway...) and start rolling around or stretching. He just wants me to pet him. Maybe that's what yours wants?? Try petting her/him when he/she does this. That's probably what your cat wants.
