The devil is total evil, he missed his chance to life in heaven and is jealous of those who get to go to heaven. Misery loves company might be used here. The devil is in control of hell, but the final torment, the lake of fire, he will suffer along the all the rest for eternity.

the Devil is non other than a spirit person who rebelled and made himself the devil, or satan. He is to be abyssed and put out of action.
the grave is hell
Matthew 27:60 says jesus was in the grave
Acts 2:31 says Jesus was in hell
!corinthians 15:20 says Jesus was the first one to ever be resurrected to heaven.
He was telling a story in Luke about a rich man. No one had been resurrected at that time. Because Jesus was still on the earth telling the story.

The Devil does NOT control Hell, and one day he will be subject to it. God will control hell, not the devil. He will suffer equally as all the rest in it.

why would he want people to be happy, hes evil and hates everyone.

God has nothing to do with the Devil because God want you to live and the Devil wants you to die.

"Your adversary the Devil walks about like a roaring lion seeking to devour someone."- 1 Peter 5:8

“God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life.” -John 3:16

Your theology is incorrect.
The Devil (Lucifer) Satan, does not control hell.
Jesus Christ the Son of God, has the Keys to Death and Hell.

Hell is a place reserved for Satan and those fallen angels who follow after him. This is why Hell exists. Those of the angelic host that rebelled against the kingdom of God.

Those of mankind who do not wish to repent of sin, will also get to experience it of their own choice.

It will not be a place of paradise, It will be a place of eternal torment and anguish, and gnashing of teeth in pain.

Who says we suffer in hell? The parents to keep their children from being naughty? Or maybe the priests to keep the members of their church from sinning? I seriously don't believe that the devil makes anyone suffer who truly deserves to go to hell. Maybe it is suffering for true Christians to go to hell though because then they will never see their creator.

GOd create hell so it gotta be perfect and heaven but opposive. SO hell is a real nice place and its perfection.
Since ppl never return from hell we can assume its beatiful as heaven or may be it is heaven and just using different description.
Therefore GOD and genocide are the same.

satan ( a fallen angel) after leading a failed coup against god, is cast into hell by god. being seperated from god, it is his intent to turn gods loved creation (man) against their heavnly father through temptation and lies. god does not make the devil evil, the devil chooses to be evil and it is his pleasure to see everyone suffer.

According to research of the bible that goes back to the time of Christ, the suffering of hell is from the total absance of god. The fire and brimstone was added later by religious figure heads.
