Eat a well balanced diet with plenty of protein and lots of green leafy vegetables. Raw spinach is wonderful tossed in a salad with lettuce and carrots. Peanut butter is perfect for hair growing protein.

Make sure you are eating a balanced diet. Try not to blow dry much or use heat. Use a good shampoo and conditioner based on your hair type (Nexxus has a great line of hair products to match any type), massage very gently with fingertips (not nails) when washing, be careful when combing and brushing-don't yank on your hair and start with the ends first, using a detangler helps.

Sorry, I'm not a women, but I had a girlfriend once that took a lot of Multivitamins and some BIOTIN capsuls. 3 times a week she would oil the tips of her hair with coconut oil and wash it only twice a week to keep it from getting split ends. She had beautiful long hair. So, I guess it worked.
